English as a language children use every day, not a subject to memorise. At Little Genius, children sing, experiment, perform and learn to express their own ideas in English.
Little Genius
Children who spend their day in English don't 'study' it. They play, ask questions and talk with friends in English, and they pick it up naturally.
Little Genius is an English academy in Gwangmyeong where children aged 4 to 7 learn English as their own language, through a curriculum based on US textbooks and classrooms shared by native-speaking and Korean teachers.

A full-day English program based on the US kindergarten curriculum, covering reading, phonics, writing, speaking, grammar and vocabulary step by step.

Speech Presentation Day
Every two months, children present an essay they wrote themselves in front of their friends. An awards ceremony celebrates their work, and videos let you see how they've grown.

Led by a director raising bilingual children herself
Emma Soderholm
Owner & Director, Little Genius
Emma Soderholm leads Little Genius as its owner and director, overseeing education at the Gwangmyeong campus. She is also a working mother raising bilingual children in a Korean-American international family.
Drawing on her own experience of English education in a multicultural family, she leads children's learning and daily life together with a team of native-speaking and Korean teachers.

Step through the yellow door into a day full of English
Across from the E-Mart Soha main entrance, on the 4th floor of Cheonghak Plaza. Past the yellow entrance, classrooms lined with alphabet and phonics displays host lessons with native-speaking teachers.
